Annie grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and spent two years living in Steamboat Springs, Colorado where she quickly found the importance of physical fitness in nature. As a lover of all things outdoors, especially mountain biking and skiing, Annie believes that Pilates is the best foundation for mindful movement in every day life and activities. She completed the comprehensive training program through Body Arts and Science International in Costa Mesa, California under the guidance of renowned faculty based at their headquarters. Annie thinks living and loving your best life is a lifelong process of understanding your own personal mind-body connection and strives to help others in that journey.
