Betsy is comprehensively certified on all Pilates apparatus through The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).  She has been practicing Pilates for the majority of her life to help calm her mind, increase body awareness, and to help reach her fitness goals. The method had such a profound impact on her physical and mental health that after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Communications she decided to share the limitless potential for whole body health and wellbeing with others.  Betsy truly believes that with the connection between mind and body one can achieve true balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
