If you can relate to any of the above, then we hope you’ll join us in experiencing The MELT Method with MELT instructor Alicia Perez. The MELT Method is an amazing and simple technique that uses a soft roller and balls to help reduce and eliminate chronic pain and change the way your body moves and feels.
This 90-minute introduction to MELT will demonstrate techniques to ease low back, neck, hip and knee pain. You’ll learn how MELT can improve your flexibility and even how it can decrease the appearance of cellulite. With MELT you’ll feel less sore after your workouts and you may even start to sleep like a baby.
The workshop will be held Sunday July 8th from 12:30 to 2pm at our Marina location. The cost is $39. All you need to do is bring yourself and a bottle of water and be sure to wear comfortable clothing. MELT equipment will be provided.
