These classes are appropriate for any level. With simple adjustments of the body and focus on yogic philosophy, the same movements are adjusted to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a perfect complement to active yoga practice and stands alone as a proven therapy for chronic stress, high blood pressure, insomnia, trauma from past physical injuries, and other all-too-common ailments. Poses are designed to release deep-rooted tensions, often with the support of blankets and blocks, and do not require extreme flexibility or athleticism. Everyone can (and should!) practice restorative yoga as part of a healthy and vibrant lifestyle.

Please bring a warm(ish) layer of clothing, including socks, as the body naturally cools when resting and an eye pillow/cover and/or small hand towel.
