PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Beth started her Pilates journey while living in New York City. There was a charming little Pilates studio up the street from her Manhattan apartment that piqued her curiosity. As an avid hot yoga practitioner and a regular at the gym, she was excited to try something new. After taking her first reformer class, she became captivated by the Pilates method. It has remained an important part of her life ever since then.

Practicing Pilates took on new meaning for Beth after having four children. Attending her Pilates sessions became her precious time to focus on herself and reconnect. In addition to improving muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility, doing Pilates always makes her feel amazing. She loves that Pilates improves posture and boosts mood!

Beth has a BA and MEd and previously taught elementary education. She completed her Pilates teacher training at BASI Pilates Academy in Newport Beach, CA. In addition to comprehensive training on various Pilates apparatus, she completed specialty training including BASI Pilates “Power of Aging.” Beth enjoys sharing her knowledge of Pilates methodology and helping her clients achieve their fitness goals.
