Known for her holistic, integrative approach, Ania London is the premier Pilates instructor in San Diego. She has worked extensively with those who have specialized conditions such as Osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease, amputees, and those recovering from surgery and serious injuries, bringing tremendous specialized expertise to their rehabilitation.
Ania is extremely skilled in postural assessment, and her classes are based on mindful movements for each individual. Once a client starts to incorporate Pilates principles of proper biomechanics and functional alignment into what they do daily, they begin to move with more efficiency. This translates into more energy, less pain, improved endurance and strength, an elevated mood, and an increased sense of empowerment.
